Our services

Child brain injury can be a potentially catastrophic event for both the child involved and their family.

As well as the immediate neuropsychological effects, a child’s brain injury can result in long-term problems across many areas of everyday functioning.

This can include problems with:

  • Behaviour
  • Emotional control and adjustment
  • Social competence
  • Education
  • Cognition and learning
  • Quality of life

We know that when a child suffers a brain injury the whole family can be affected. Therefore, our rehabilitation programme includes providing support to families to help them adjust and understand how they can best aid the recovery of their child.

Our model of rehabilitation provides bespoke, multi-component interventions informed by evidence-based treatments. We aim to deliver change across identified problem areas for each child and their family. We always evaluate our interventions using standardised measuring criteria.
